Chestnut Villa was originally built in 1904 as a Coaching Inn and is situated on the edge of the picturesque 'honeypot' village of Grasmere. Under new management the new owners are refurbishing bringing a fresh decor and relaxed calm atmosphere. Guests are greeted with a warm welcome and are encouraged to come and go as they please with their own key.The BandB has a large and comfortable visitors lounge and a spacious dining room. With fruit cereal juice and a full English' we don't want you to leave hungry and strive for all our food to be tasty and healthy. If you have any special requests or requirements please let us know.Chestnut Villa has a total of seven shower en-suite rooms all containing teacoffee facilities colour TV and hair driers. Directions to Chestnut Villa
Chestnut Villa is situatated just on the edge of Grasmere village on the A591 Keswick Road.As you approach Grasmere keep on the A591 at the mini roundabout. eg. take 2nd exit (1st exit takes you into the village). Continue for less than a mile. You will pass The Swan Hotel on your right and a lane to the left. Slow down as you pass through 30mph signs. Chestnut Villa is just passed the second lane (Pye Lane) on your left - look for the last building on your left.There is ample parking at Chestnut Villa otherwise it is possible to park on Pye Lane
